Project Manager
Description

Requirements:
- 5+ years in construction management

Site Supervisor / Forepers
Description
Leads daily on-site operations, supervising tradespeople, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. Ensures smooth execution and problem-solving on the job site.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential and commercial carpentry
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Electrician (Licensed 309A or Apprentice)
Description
Handles all electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial projects under ESA compliance.
Requirements:
- 309A license or enrolled apprentice

Description

- Experience in cost estimating and takeoffs

- Strong math and negotiation skills
Architectural Designer / Draftsperson
Description
Creates drawings, permit packages, and 3D models for construction projects. Works closely with clients and engineers to finalize design and structural plans.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Experience preparing building permit drawings
- Knowledge of zoning and OBC regulations
Interior Designer
Description
Focuses on finishes, layouts, and decor. Assists clients with material selections, color schemes, and space planning that align with project goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential or commercial design

Description
Installs and services heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Works on ductwork, furnaces, A/C units, thermostats, and air filtration systems.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario HVAC license or G2/G3 Gas license
- Experience with residential & light commercial systems
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and smart HVAC tech
HVAC Apprentice
Description
Works under certified HVAC techs to assist in installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Learns HVAC codes and safety practices on the job.
Requirements:
- Enrollment in or interest in HVAC apprenticeship
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in crawlspaces, rooftops, and tight areas
